Founded in 1952 by Roy Lee Jones — Navy veteran, welder, and natural gas pipe installer — RL Jones LP has built its reputation one job at a time across the San Antonio region.

Roy Lee Jones — Founder
Natural gas installation and welding contracted to City of San Antonio Public Service utilities.
1974
David Jones — 2nd Generation
Expanded to full civil scope — wet utilities, street reconstruction, site grading, and concrete.

Josh Jones — President
Third-generation leader. Entered the business as a field laborer in 1999; named President in 2013.
